How it works
- Lifetime spend is everything you’ve actually paid Roamly across all your plans and top-ups, in Australian dollars. Discounts and coins you spent don’t count; only what went on your card.
- You move up instantly. The moment a payment tips you over a threshold you’re in the new tier, and that same order earns at the new rate.
- Tiers don’t expire. No yearly reset, no requalifying. The only thing that can move you down is a refund or chargeback, because that amount no longer counts toward your total.
- See your progress on your Rewards page: your tier, and a bar showing how far you are from the next one.
