Passwords only apply to accounts created with email and password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, your password lives with them.

Change your password (you know the current one)

  • Website: Account → Security, tap Change next to Password, enter your current password and the new one.
  • App: Account → Security → Change password.
Passwords need at least 8 characters. Pick something you don’t use elsewhere, or better, add a passkey and stop typing it.

Reset your password (you’ve forgotten it)

Tap Forgot your password?

On onroamly.com/login or the app’s sign-in screen, and enter your email.

Open the email

The reset link is valid for one hour. If it’s expired, request another.

Set a new password

Then sign in with it. You’ll stay signed in on other devices.

No reset email?

Check spam, and check the address: the account may be under a different email, or it may be a Google or Apple account, which has no Roamly password to reset. See I can’t sign in.
