”No account” or “wrong password”, but I definitely have an account

You’re most likely using a different sign-in method than the one you created the account with. Accounts made with Google only sign in with the Google button; accounts made with Apple only with the Apple button; email-and-password accounts only with a password. Try the other buttons at onroamly.com/login. The email on any Roamly receipt tells you which address the account is under.

I signed in with Apple and hid my email

Roamly knows you by an Apple relay address, not your real one. Use the Apple button; your real email won’t match anything.

I didn’t get the 6-digit code

  • Check spam and promotions folders. Search for Roamly.
  • Wait a minute; email can lag.
  • Request a new code. Codes only last a few minutes and a new one replaces the old.
  • Check the address for typos. A code sent to gmial.com never arrives.
  • If nothing comes after a few tries, contact us from the address you’re trying to use.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in page tap Forgot your password?, enter your email and we’ll send a reset link. It’s valid for one hour. See Change or reset your password.

”Too many attempts”

Sign-in and code requests are rate-limited to protect your account. Wait a little while and try again.

The passkey option isn’t there

Passkeys only show on browsers and devices that support them. Sign in with your usual method instead and add a passkey later. See Sign in with a passkey.

Still stuck?

Contact us with the email you think the account is under and what you see on screen. We can tell you which sign-in method the account uses.
