- It’s a referral code and this isn’t your first order. Referral discounts are first-order only.
- You already entered another code. One per order; the last one you apply wins.
- It’s expired, or for something else. Promo codes have end dates, and some are for specific destinations or plans.
- A typo. Codes aren’t case-sensitive, but every character counts.
