If you created your account with Google or Apple, that’s how you sign in: no Roamly password to remember.

On the website

Go to onroamly.com/login and tap the Google or Apple button under Or continue with. Pick your account, approve, and you’re in.

In the app

Tap Sign in, then the Google or Apple button.

Apple and hidden email

If you chose Hide My Email when you first signed in with Apple, Roamly knows you by a relay address that ends in privaterelay.appleid.com. Our emails still reach you through it. It also means your normal email address won’t sign you in; use the Apple button.

Can I switch methods?

Not on the same account. An account created with Google can’t later sign in with a password or with Apple, and the other way round. If you try, you’ll get a message pointing you back to the original method. Signing up with a different method creates a separate, empty account.

Changing your email

Google and Apple accounts take their email address from Google or Apple. Change it there and it updates here. See Change your email address.
