Receipts

Every plan and every top-up gets a receipt from Stripe, our payment provider, at the moment you pay. You can get to them any time.

In the app

Open the plan and tap Receipts. Each payment for that plan is listed, including top-ups. Tap one to open the PDF.

On the website

• All purchases: sign in and open Billing from your account menu. Every payment is listed with its date, plan, amount, any discount or Roam Coins applied, and an Open receipt link that opens Stripe’s receipt in a new tab.
• One plan: open the eSIM at onroamly.com/my-esims, tap the ⋯ menu and choose View receipts.

What’s on a receipt

The date, the plan or top-up, the amount paid in AUD and the card used. Roamly’s business details are on it, so it’s fine for an expense claim.

Paid entirely with Roam Coins?

Then no card was charged, so there’s no Stripe receipt. The order still appears on your Billing page showing the coins applied.
