There’s nothing worse than running out of data while you’re navigating a new city or trying to find your hotel. If your Roamly plan supports top-ups, you can add more data in just a few taps — and it goes straight to your existing eSIM. No reinstallation required.

How to check if your plan supports top-ups

Go to your eSIM detail page on My eSIMs. If your plan is reloadable, you’ll see a “Top Up” button.

Steps

  1. Go to My eSIMs — Head to onroamly.com/my-esims and tap on your eSIM.
  2. Tap “Top Up” — You’ll see the available top-up packages with data amounts and prices.
  3. Choose a package — Select the top-up that suits your needs.
  4. Complete payment — Pay securely through Stripe checkout.
  5. Data added automatically — Your additional data will be added to your existing eSIM straight away. No reinstallation needed.

Good to know

  • No new eSIM needed — The top-up adds data to your existing eSIM. You don’t need to install anything new.
  • Validity extends — Top-ups extend your plan’s expiry date based on the new package’s validity period.
  • Same country — Top-ups are for the same destination as your original plan.
  • Not all plans support top-ups — If you don’t see the top-up option, your plan doesn’t support it. You would need to purchase a new eSIM instead.
