If you’ve got a new email or just want to switch to a different one, you can update it yourself in a few steps. You’ll need to verify the new address with a code before the change takes effect.

Steps

  1. Log in to onroamly.com.
  2. Go to Account from the menu.
  3. Click “Change” next to your email address.
  4. Enter your current password to verify your identity.
  5. Enter your new email address.
  6. Click “Send verification code” — we’ll send a 6-digit code to your new email.
  7. Enter the code to confirm the change.

Important notes

  • This option is only available if you signed up with email and password.
  • If you signed in with Google or Apple, your email is managed by those providers — you’ll need to update it there instead.
  • You’ll use your new email to log in going forward.
