Travelling with a laptop or tablet and need to get it online? You can share your Roamly eSIM’s data connection with other devices using your phone’s built-in hotspot feature. No extra setup or fees required.

How to enable hotspot

iPhone

Go to Settings > Personal Hotspot and toggle it on. Make sure your Roamly eSIM is set as the data source under Settings > Mobile Data.

Android

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Hotspot & Tethering and turn on Wi-Fi Hotspot. Make sure your Roamly eSIM is selected as the active data SIM.

Tips

  • Hotspot usage consumes your data allowance, so keep an eye on your usage.
  • Streaming video or downloading large files over hotspot will use data quickly.
  • If you’re sharing with multiple devices, your speeds may be reduced.
  • Consider turning off automatic app updates and cloud sync on connected devices to conserve data.
