Whether you want a stronger password or just can’t remember the one you set, here’s how to change it.

Steps

  1. Log in to onroamly.com.
  2. Go to Account from the menu.
  3. Click “Change” next to Password under the Security section.
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter your new password (minimum 6 characters).
  6. Confirm your new password.
  7. Click “Update password”.

Forgot your password?

If you can’t remember your current password:
  1. Go to onroamly.com/login.
  2. Click “Forgot password?”
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Check your email for a password reset link.
  5. Click the link and set a new password.

Note

Password changes are only available for accounts created with email and password. If you signed in with Google or Apple, your password is managed by those providers.
