How to request deletion

Contact us via live chat or email at hello@onroamly.com and let us know you’d like your account deleted. We’ll verify your identity and process the request.

What happens when your account is deleted

  • Your account and profile information will be permanently removed.
  • Your purchase history and order data will be deleted.
  • Any active eSIMs will continue to work until they expire, but you won’t be able to manage them through Roamly.
  • All data is fully removed within 30 days of the request.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need access to any active eSIMs before requesting deletion.
