A sale is in the wrong month
A sale is in the wrong month
Months and days in the dashboard run in UTC. Australia is 8 to 11 hours ahead of UTC, depending on the state and the time of year, so a sale made on the morning of the 1st in Sydney counts towards the month before. The Sales page shows each order’s time in your own time zone, which can make this look odd at the edges of a month.

We count a click when someone’s browser actually opens the Roamly page, once per link per browser tab. Your platform, link shortener or analytics tool may also count link previews, bots, and taps that never finished loading the page. Our number is usually lower, and that’s expected.
I have clicks but no sales
I have clicks but no sales
Plenty of people click, then buy days later. Their first purchase still counts, as long as it’s in the same browser and within 30 days of first clicking your link. Sales don’t count if they buy in the Roamly app without your promo code, or on another device. See How sales are credited to you.

A sale that’s later refunded or charged back moves to Refunded and comes off your totals for the month it was made in.

Check the reasons a sale isn’t credited. If you still think it’s missing, email hello@onroamly.com with roughly when they bought and what, and we’ll look into it.
