Add or remove a teammate

Anyone on your team can have their own sign-in to your dashboard.

They create a Roamly account

They sign up at onroamly.com with the email they’ll use for the dashboard. It’s free, and they don’t need to buy anything.

You email us

Send us that email address and we’ll add them to your program.

They sign in

They go to partners.onroamly.com and click Continue with Roamly. See Sign in to the partner dashboard.
To remove someone, email us and we’ll take them off straight away.

Promo codes

Promo codes give your audience a discount, which is agreed with Roamly, so we set them up. Email us to get a promo code, change one, or stop one.

Your commission and payments

Your commission, and how and when you’re paid, are agreed with Roamly. They aren’t shown in the dashboard. If you have a question about them, email hello@onroamly.com.

If your program is paused

Your links and codes stop crediting new sales while it’s paused. Sales you’ve already made stay on your dashboard. Email us to find out more or to start it again.
