The fix depends on whether you've arrived at your destination yet. If you're still at home, "No Service" is expected. If you're already there, a few quick changes should get you connected.
This is completely normal. Your Roamly eSIM will only connect to a network when you're in the country your plan covers. If you're still at home or in a different country, it will show "No Service".
Keep the eSIM turned off until you arrive — there's nothing to fix here.
If you're at your destination and still seeing "No Service", work through these steps:
Enable data roaming — Your eSIM needs data roaming turned on to connect to local networks.
iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data > tap Roamly eSIM > turn on Data Roaming.
Android: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Roamly eSIM > turn on Roaming.
Set Roamly as your data SIM — Make sure the Roamly eSIM is your active data SIM.
iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data > select Roamly eSIM.
Android: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > set Roamly as data SIM.
Set network selection to Automatic — This lets your phone find the best available network.
iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data > tap Roamly eSIM > Network Selection > turn on Automatic.
Android: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Roamly eSIM > Network operators > Automatic.
Restart your phone — A restart forces the phone to search for available networks again.
Toggle airplane mode — Turn on airplane mode, wait 10 seconds, then turn it off. This resets all network connections.
If none of the above works, check the following:
Verify your plan is for the correct country.
Check that your plan hasn't expired on My eSIMs.
Make sure your device is carrier-unlocked.
Confirm you have mobile coverage in your location — rural or remote areas may not have coverage.
