Every Roamly plan has a set validity period (e.g. 7 days, 14 days, 30 days). Once that window closes, the eSIM will no longer connect to mobile data, regardless of how much data you have remaining. Here's what to expect.
The countdown typically starts when you first connect to a mobile network at your destination. For example, a 7-day plan activated on Monday will expire the following Monday.
If your plan supports top-ups, purchasing a top-up will extend the validity period. Check your eSIM detail page on My eSIMs to see if top-ups are available.
The eSIM profile will remain on your phone but won't provide data. You can:
