My coins haven't shown up yet
Coins usually land within a few minutes of payment. Check your rewards history (Account → Rewards); if an earn still isn't there after 15 minutes, message us and we'll take a look.
My friend's code didn't apply
The discount only works on your first order, and only one code fits per order. Common causes:
You've already placed an order with Roamly — referral discounts are first-order only.
A coupon code was entered at checkout, which replaces the referral discount.
The code was mistyped — codes aren't case-sensitive, but every character matters.
If none of those fit, message us before you pay and we'll sort it out.
Can I stack a coupon with a referral code?
No — one code per order. If you have both, the coupon you enter at checkout takes the place of the referral discount, so use whichever is worth more.
Why can't I spend my whole balance?
If your coins cover the entire order, you'll pay $0. If they almost cover it, a minimum of $0.50 stays on your card — card payments can't go lower than that.
Do Roam Coins expire?
No. And there's no cap on how many you can hold.
What happens to my coins if I refund an order?
The cashback that order earned is reversed in proportion to the refund, and the refunded amount no longer counts toward your tier. Coins you spent on a fully refunded order go back into your balance.
I referred a friend but haven't got my bonus
The bonus lands when your friend's first paid order goes through — signing up alone doesn't trigger it. If they've placed and paid for an order and you still don't see the bonus in your history, message us with their code and we'll check.
Does my friend's order count if they used a promo code?
Yes. As long as they joined with your link or entered your code, your bonus lands when their first paid order goes through — even if they used a coupon for the discount instead.
Is Rewards available on web and iOS?
Yes — it's one balance across both. Earn on the website, spend in the app, or the other way around. (Android is on the way.)
What currency is everything in?
Australian dollars — coins, tiers, thresholds and bonuses.
