How it works
Lifetime spend is everything you've paid Roamly across all your orders and top-ups, in Australian dollars. Discounts and coins spent don't count toward it — only what you actually paid.
You move up instantly. The moment a payment tips you over a threshold, you're in the new tier — and that same order already earns at the new, higher rate.
Tiers don't expire. There's no yearly reset and no requalifying. The only thing that can move you down is a refund, because refunded amounts no longer count toward your total.
Your tier is on your Rewards page, along with a progress bar showing how far you are from the next one.
