How you earn
Every eSIM plan and top-up earns coins as cashback on the amount you pay:
Silver — 5% back
Gold — 7.5% back
Platinum — 10% back
Cashback is calculated on what you actually pay. If part of an order is covered by a discount or by coins you're spending, you earn on the remainder.
When coins arrive
Coins land in your balance automatically within a few minutes of your payment going through — you don't need to wait for your eSIM to be installed or activated. You'll see each earn as a line in your rewards history.
How to spend them
On the checkout screen, tap Roam Coins to apply your balance to the order. If your coins cover the whole order, you pay nothing. If they cover part of it, the rest goes on your card as normal. You can remove them before paying if you'd rather save them up.
Do they expire?
No. Roam Coins never expire, and your balance carries across the app and the website — it's the same account.
Refunds
If an order is refunded, the coins it earned are reversed in proportion to the refund. Coins you spent on a fully refunded order are returned to your balance.
