How Do I View My Receipts?

Need a receipt for your records or for a work expense claim? You can access all your past purchases from the Billing page.

Steps

1. Log in to onroamly.com.

2. Go to Billing from your account menu.

3. View your purchases — You'll see a list of all your transactions with dates, amounts, and plan details.

4. Click on any transaction to view or download the full Stripe receipt.

Receipt details

Each receipt includes:

• Date of purchase

• Plan name and destination

• Amount paid (in AUD)

• Link to the full Stripe receipt

Need a receipt for a specific order?

You can also find receipts from your eSIM detail page. Go to My eSIMs, tap on the eSIM, and look for the "View Receipts" option.
