# Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers

> Your lifetime spend sets your tier: 5%, 7.5% or 10% back. Tiers never expire or reset.

Your tier is set by how much you've spent with Roamly over time. It decides how fast you earn Roam Coins and how big your referral bonuses are.

## How it works

* **Lifetime spend** is everything you've actually paid Roamly across all your plans and top-ups, in Australian dollars. Discounts and coins you spent don't count; only what went on your card.
* **You move up instantly.** The moment a payment tips you over a threshold you're in the new tier, and that same order earns at the new rate.
* **Tiers don't expire.** No yearly reset, no requalifying. The only thing that can move you down is a refund or chargeback, because that amount no longer counts toward your total.
* **See your progress** on your Rewards page: your tier, and a bar showing how far you are from the next one.
