# Refer a friend

> Tap Get my code on your Rewards page and share it. Your friend gets $5 off their first order and you earn a Roam Coins bonus.

Share Roamly with a friend and you both come out ahead: they get \$5 off their first order, and you earn a Roam Coins bonus when it goes through.

## Get your code

Open your Rewards page (**Account → Rewards** in the app, or [onroamly.com/rewards](https://onroamly.com/rewards)) and tap **Get my code**. Accept the Rewards terms and your personal code and share link appear. Codes are created the first time you ask for one, so if you don't see a code yet, that's why.

## Your bonus grows with your tier

* **Silver:** \$2.50 per friend
* **Gold:** \$4.00 per friend
* **Platinum:** \$6.00 per friend

## How your friend uses it

* **Open your link** and create an account. The discount applies itself at checkout on their first order; nothing to type.
* **Or enter your code at checkout**, in the same field as a promo code, on their first order.

## When you get paid

Your bonus lands in your Roam Coins automatically when your friend's **first paid order** goes through. Signing up alone doesn't trigger it. You'll see it in your rewards history.

## The fine print

* Referrals are for new customers on their first order only, and one referral per new customer: whichever code they use first.
* If your friend uses a different promo code at checkout, the referral still counts and your bonus still lands; they just get the other discount instead of yours.
* If their first order is later refunded or charged back, the bonus is reversed.
* You can't refer yourself, and we may withhold rewards if we see the program being abused.
