# Sales and CSV export

> Every sale credited to you in a month, and how to download it.

Click **Sales** in the sidebar to see every order credited to you in a month. Pick the month at the top right.

## The table

Above the table is the month's number of sales and revenue, not counting refunds, plus how many were refunded. Each row is one order:

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Date** | When the order was paid, in your computer's time zone |
| **Plan** | The plan that was bought |
| **Destination** | The country or region |
| **Code** | Your link or promo code that the sale was credited to |
| **Amount** | What the customer paid, after any discount and any Roam Coins they used |
| **Status** | **Counted**, or **Refunded** if the order was refunded or charged back |

## Download a CSV

Click **Download CSV** at the top right. You get exactly the month you're looking at, one row per order, with these columns:

| Column | What it holds |
| - | - |
| `order_id` | Roamly's order reference. Quote it if you ask us about a sale. |
| `date_utc` | When the order was paid, in UTC |
| `code` | Your link or promo code |
| `channel` | `link` for a tracking link, `code` for a promo code |
| `plan` | The plan that was bought |
| `destination` | The country or region |
| `amount` | What the customer paid, after any discount and any Roam Coins |
| `currency` | Always `AUD` |
| `status` | `recorded`, or `reversed` if it was refunded or charged back |

Refunded orders are in the CSV too, so check `status` before you add up the amounts.
