# Disable a link

> Stop a tracking link from crediting new sales. Sales it already made stay.

    Click **Links** in the sidebar and find the link in the list.

  <Step title="Click Disable">
    Click **Disable** next to it, then confirm. It now shows a **Disabled** badge.

## What happens next

* **Sales it already made stay.** They're still on your **Overview** and **Sales** pages.
* **New clicks and sales aren't credited.** The link still opens Roamly, but nothing through it counts any more. That includes people who clicked it before you disabled it and haven't bought yet.
* **It can't be turned back on from the dashboard.** If you disabled one by mistake, email [hello@onroamly.com](mailto:hello@onroamly.com).
* **It still counts towards your 20 links.**

## Can't see Disable?

You can only disable links you made yourself. To change or stop a promo code, or a link we made for you, email [hello@onroamly.com](mailto:hello@onroamly.com).
