# I can't sign in or didn't get my code

> Wrong sign-in method, code in spam or expired, or a typo in the email. How to get back in.

Find the message or situation that matches yours.

## "No account" or "wrong password", but I definitely have an account

You're most likely using a different sign-in method than the one you created the account with. Accounts made with Google only sign in with the Google button; accounts made with Apple only with the Apple button; email-and-password accounts only with a password. Try the other buttons at [onroamly.com/login](https://onroamly.com/login). The email on any Roamly receipt tells you which address the account is under.

## I signed in with Apple and hid my email

Roamly knows you by an Apple relay address, not your real one. Use the Apple button; your real email won't match anything.

## I didn't get the 6-digit code

* Check spam and promotions folders. Search for *Roamly*.
* Wait a minute; email can lag.
* Request a new code. Codes only last a few minutes and a new one replaces the old.
* Check the address for typos. A code sent to *gmial.com* never arrives.
* If nothing comes after a few tries, [contact us](https://onroamly.com/contact) from the address you're trying to use.

## I forgot my password

On the sign-in page tap **Forgot your password?**, enter your email and we'll send a reset link. It's valid for one hour. See [Change or reset your password](/account/change-or-reset-password).

## "Too many attempts"

Sign-in and code requests are rate-limited to protect your account. Wait a little while and try again.

## The passkey option isn't there

Passkeys only show on browsers and devices that support them. Sign in with your usual method instead and add a passkey later. See [Sign in with a passkey](/account/sign-in-with-a-passkey).

## Still stuck?

[Contact us](https://onroamly.com/contact) with the email you think the account is under and what you see on screen. We can tell you which sign-in method the account uses.
